Photography plays an important role in the creation of your brochure. The better the photographs, the better your brochure. It is often the small details in the photo that truly allow your homes to shine in all their glory.
The photographer should always take as high resolution a shot as possible. We can always crop items and use part of a photo for interesting layouts if the photo is large enough. If it is too small, there are very few options.
Both vertical and horizontal shots are needed to make the layout interesting for future buyers. As stated earlier, we can crop photos to make verticals out of horizontals or vice versa if the photos are large enough.
It is also nice if shots are taken with your vendors and contractors in mind. It works out beautifully if each advertorial has an image that has been taken of the vendor’s or contractor’s product in one of your homes.
